Hi,

As per the FCC housekeeping tasks, we checked our Average clustering ratio and it was 0.41. Since 0.41 is closer to 0 than it is to 1, we decided to run the Restructure Cube process in our test pod. This process ran for 4 hours. We then checked our Average clustering ratio again and it had only increased to 0.43. Next, we performed a Database Refresh and we launched Clear Empty Blocks. We then checked our Average clustering ratio again and it had only increased to 0.52. What would we need to do to get this ratio closer to 1
