Hi all,

we implemented HCM, ERP and SCM in a GSI environment.

We are now facing the following issue: out IT support staff who performs first level Help Desk related to ERP and SCM quite often needs to perform some query on transactional tables as a first step to debug an issue or for reconciliation purposes. The problem is that in Oracle Cloud Applications, if we gave users the "BI Publisher Data Model Developer", we make them able to query any table in the database, even HCM related tables and theirs sensitive data (e.g. salary).
