Pagination in WebForm Table Object

Can webform table objects be paginated to display fewer rows and control what rows are displayed?

Are pagination controls available to the webform table object? I have a customer that would like to have a table object on a form but control how it is displayed so that only a preset number of rows are displayed when more are available and allow the user to page up or down or top to bottom. Their concern is having the webform loose items at the bottom of the form if the table object is in the middle and returns 100s of rows.
