GA ANNOUNCEMENT - Modify Network Settings for Existing ADB Instances

Autonomous Database now supports switching network access type. This feature enables customers to perform an in-place switch from public endpoint to private endpoint (and vice versa).

The feature will reduce customer effort required for switching between public and private endpoints and make it easier for customers to adopt private endpoint.
