Summary

Ability to utilize the Operation column in Adapter-based exports for Planning Cloud & FCC

Content

Does the EDM roadmap include considering the ability to utilize the Operation column on the exports for Planning Cloud and FCC? A key issue today is the "moving" of shared members for Planning Cloud/FCC. Unless the import job on Planning/FCC side has "Clear Members" option enabled, the import process effectively leaves the shared member under the "old" parent. This requires admins to log into Planning/FCC and delete the old share instance.

Only a "Clear Members" option for the import metadata job exists in Planning Cloud/FCC.  This option, if enabled, deletes any members not defined in the import file (from EDM). I see an Operation column on the export file from EDM.... any thought around EDM being able to utilize the export file and use that column to place "Delete" records in file for Nodes which have been deleted in EDM (specifically shared nodes)?

Howdy, Stranger!
