Job Code and Position Code dots missing in NUX pages for Employment Info and Change Assignment

For the Quick Action Responsive Pages for Employment Info and Change Assignment, the more information dots are missing from Job and PositionContent
As we are testing the HR Client Groups pages for Employment Info and Change Assignment, we have noticed that the “dots...” for Position and Job are not there like on the Manage Employment Classic Page. We rely heavily on these for showing the Position Code and Job Code. I have reviewed HCM Design Studio for these and Page Composer, but can not see anything we can enable to bring back these fields.
Have other users found a way to show these values? We have a workaround of an embedded report, but this is not an ideal situation as it means the page needs to be refreshed to show the report. Plus in Edge, the value will sometimes disappear on the page.
