I want to upload and manage payment record and receivable record from Excel.
I found several tools that I can use to utilize Excel to manage Oracle Financial cloud

Actually which do i start to learn first; Smart-View, BI-Publisher, OTBI, ADF Excel… there are so many tools.
Btw, I would love to use VBA if i could.
