1. The Buy Items has been set up with  about 10 days of PPLT

Eg : Item A   when Purchase Order is collected the plan inputs shows a Doc date of 7/06/2020 and due date of 07/20/2020

2. In the simulation set the PPLT is now set to Zero for the buy items and the Supply  plan is run

Now the Purchase Order shows a Doc date of 07/20/2020 and due date of 07/20/2020

Here the user expects the due date should have been 07/06/2020  instead of 07/20/2020

Suggested Due Date in Supply Plan should be without PPLT for accurate inventory for quarter end. However, we need the PPLT for GOP as the warehouse cannot ship product to customers (outbound) on the same date that they receive the material (inbound). Since the plan input database is the same b/w Supply Planning and GOP, we need a mechanism to ignore the PPLT for Supply Planning, since there is no equivalent simulation set like provision for GOP.
