Dashboard with multiple BI Publisher reports export to excel is blank

Summary

When using the Export entire workbook to excel function the exported excel sheet creates all the correct worksheet pages and headings however, the data is blank.

Content

Each report can be exported to excel individually however, when we export to excel the entire dashboard the data does not export.

All reports share the same prompts. Some reports contain charts and some are just tables of data.

Is there some configuration required to make this work?
