Supplier Name Change (Supplier Type = Employee)

Would like to Change the Supplier Name from Numeric Digits to Name (Employee Name)

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement to change the Supplier Name (Supplier Type = Employee)  To  First Name + Last Name - Employee Number. The Alternate name (PAY TO) field has the Employee First Name and Last Name (e.g.  ABC XYZ) 

Example:

- Currently, all suppliers (Type = Employee) have been having their employee ID as Supplier Name  (Example = 00001)

- Now, the requirement is to change the Supplier Name (Type = Employee)  from "00001" To  " ABC XYZ - 00001"

How this could be achieved?   Is there any impact on changing the Supplier Name (Type = Employee)?
