Prior to getting OTM cloud, our business group handled user creation. When we moved to the cloud, we found out that the only way to have the ability to create a user within myservices is to have the Identity Domain Admin role. We don't want the business to have that level of access, causing new users to now have to go through an IT service desk ticket. We are trying to find a way to separate out the user creation access in myservices so that we can hand that control back to the business.
