Remove empty folders in /Custom

Hi,

When being provisioned an environment, there are often a lot of empty folders already in the Shared Folders/Custom folder.

See screenshot below of what we currently have in our environment. All of the yellow highlighted ones are empty folders that we didn't use and we didn't create.

The simple question is: Is there an impact when removing these folders? (since they were provisioned there from the start)
