Error "Indicar comentarios" appears when I try to change the Style Sample

Hi everyone, I have this error when I try to change the Style Sample document, I need to use a new structure and attributes in my Report Package that is complete now, although the  Report Package dont have any phase. I dont know Where I can select "Indicar comentario" option? or Why I cant change the Style Sample document?, Can you help me please ?
