Elimination - YTD Data without submitting data

In consolidation configurable rules i have two rule-sets one to eliminate the YTD data of the current period and another to eliminate the YTD data from prior period. The aim is to calculate the difference between the YTD data from current period and prior period, and the difference is stored in periodic.

The rule is ok.

However, in a new consolidation period, if the entity has no data, the FCCS doesn't assume YTD data of the current period. Consequently, in the elimination the ytd will be zero, since only the previous data is eliminated. If I submitted some value in only one account, all the eliminations will be ok, the YTD data will be right. It seems that is necessary to input some value, to consider YTD data from current period.
