A change order is created to add an attachment on the PO / Agreement. All the other existing attachments' Attached Date is also updated to current date.



We have a situation where the user is creating a change order because they missed an attachment on the document. For instance, they had attached 2 files, but forgot the third. When the change order is created to fix this, and the third attachment is added; the other two attachments also have their 'Attached Date' column updated.

This should not have happened, because the user never attempted to modify any attribute on the older attachments. This application behavior is causing a concern because the users leverage the attached date field for audit and tracking purposes within their business.
