How to model 3 level customer hierarchy (region - country - channel) in SCP?

Hi Guru,

Customer has a requirement to show a 3 level customer hierarchy  (region - country - channel). What is the best way to model it in SCP? Seeded customer hierarchy is Customer Class - Customer - Customer Site. Even I can import a customized customer hierarchy, I can only use it to import sales forecast measure, but not external forecast. Measure of sales forecast could not be used as demand schedule in supply plan.
