Access PBCS application through Smartview/Citrix

As a user or administrator, I want to access my PBCS application when connecting through Smartview installed on a Citrix serverContent
Has anyone an idea to get to connect to a PBCS application from Smartview installed on a Citrix server ?
There seems to be some error sent by Oracle Access Manager "System error. Try again. Contact your administrator if the error remains" (maybe not the exact message displayed, since I translated it from French).
