Would like to monitor changes to OTBI reports at the table level until OTBI reports are being monitored via Audit Policies

When an OTBI report is being used for control monitoring, we need to know if the report has been changed.  We can review the underlying tables on a periodic basis (say weekly...) if we have access to this data.

The use case is that the report needs to be re-validated as to completeness and accuracy when the report is changed.  This is an external audit requirement.
