Ancestor Member Pages Position in FR Books

In Our FR books, Ancestor Member Pages used to be first in the sequence and then level 0 member pages in the book output but currently Level 0 member pages are first and then Ancestor Member Pages are last in book output pages sequence

We did not update books, looks like it is changed with recent patches but i do not see anything related to books in the documentation

Please advice how can we change it back to previous setting so the Ancestor Member Pages can display first
