Shared Folder Options setting in the report packages not working as expected

By definition: In the Shared Folder Options setting, you can simply change the folder location, rather than manually updating the links in the Doclets to the relevant Reports.

But this behavior is not observed in the report packages, where the change in the folders for reports are not reflected in the report package unless they are individually replaced.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Keep the Shared folder option empty in the package properties

2. Create a report based reference doclet.
