In Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation is there any option/way to get custom field as attribute in Selection Rule Criteria?

While creating a Selection rule set for Participant Import, in the rule criteria Attribute field we can see only the standard values as below. How to get custom fields as Attributes?

Person business unit
Party country
Person job family
Person job function
Person job code
Party role type
Person department
Party usage
Person position code
Party resource role
Person work location

Please suggest if there is any way.
