Workforce Trend Real Time Performance

Hello Experts!

I'm starting to use Workforce Trends where we are trying to count the number of workers by time period by another attribute. We're leveraging column selectors to provide lots of options for users to run the report. However, it's taking upwards of 2 minutes to run what appears to be a relatively simple analysis. (XML attached) I've removed references to my company in hopes that you'll be able to run it.

I tried to simplify by creating a sample analysis using workforce trends. I filtered Calendar Year, used Month, Grade and a few of the metrics and that analysis took anywhere from 2 minutes to just under one. (xml attached)
