Need to SKIP CEO within LIne Manager hierarchy

We are using Line Manager hierarchy upto 4 Levels for Performance Document Approvals.

There are cases where CEO is either Level 2/3/4 manager; and he/she shouldnt be receiving Approvals in that case. I want to know how we can achieve this in Fusion.
