Hi Team,

Employee didn't get mails from application even mapped correct email id?

Issue:- Employee had joined last two months but employee had applied on duty and manager also approved but he didn't get any approved mails even correct email id mapped.

Note:- This issue happens only for two employees not all.

Can you please let me what could be the reason behind.
