Is it possible for a user to have viewer access, but only view reconciliations for specific companies?

This seems like such an easy question, but I can't find anything in the documentation on the viewer role security except two words, "view reconciliations". We have a user that would like to view reconciliations only. This user is not the preparer or reviewer of any of the reconciliations. The user would be restricted to view reconciliations for specific companies only. Is this possible? 

I know how to assign Viewer access to ARCS, but how do you restrict access to specific companies?
