Hi all - have you seen this error message before?

System encountered unexpected error during data processing.  Please contact system administrator to enable debug log and submit report.  Analyze debug log for detailed error details.

We have a report that shows changes data.  The user is trying to find changes for Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Portugal, and Spain.  Here is where things get wonky.  When the user selects the countries below, here are the results:

Cyprus - no data
Egypt - no data
Greece - 1 row
Portugal - no data
Spain - 4 rows
Any combination of the countries with no data (EX: Cyprus and Egypt) - no data
