Hello ,

We would like in BI Publisher reports to have the ‘FROM’ , the sender display ,that is received in emails to be a certain text. For example ‘fusion xxx’ instead of ‘hcm@‘.

We tried changing it in the Bursting - but got errors. Like invalid chats.

** also tried the notification dispLay of ‘BPM’ and it’s not for the report notification.

How can we change the sender display of the bi publisher email notification ?

There are potentially a couple of places where the From email address is set.

1) The server level configuration can be found here : Administration > Manage BI Publisher > Delivery Configuration. 
2) When scheduling a bipublisher report, one can set it on the Notifications tab when setting up the job schedule

Note - if the job schedule already exists, then the existing job schedule needs to be modified to change the email address
