Salary changes after a particular date

I need a report which will identify employees that have saalry changes after a given date

When we apply a pay award (i.e. uplift grade rates) it does not automatically lift the salaries of employees that have a salary changes effective after the effective date of the pay award.  We often have to backdate pay awards and therefore lots of manual work is require to uplift the salaries of employees with future dated changes, I want to run a report that identifies employees with salary changes after X date in order that I know who needs manually uplifting.
