Legal employer change without impacting other modules of HCM and finance.

Summary

By following both the ways UI and Backend (HDL) we saw impact on every module which we implemented HCM and Finance modules and Mainly all awaiting approvals transactions will have impact.

Hello Experts,

We would like to move all our employees to new entity as part of Re-org. Effective Sep.1st-2020. we identified below impacts analysis on modules wise. We used mass legal employer change and HDL approach to handle the requirement.  

We implemented both HCM and Finance all the modules hence impact is too high.

Please suggest us best approach to handle below all scenarios.
