Looking for inputs on any potential workaround / solution to address the following issues with Budgetary Control for Project Budgets in PPM:

  1. Commitments entered in 3rd party purchasing systems and brought into Oracle PPM via SOAP/REST Service are not subject to budgetary control
  2. Capital Interest transaction generated by Projects module is not subject to budgetary control against the Project Budget
