Not able to initiate message based PCS application from SOAP UI / ICS - same user logged in for OIC

Hi,

I am getting error while initiating a message based PCS application from SOAP UI / ICS with error. PCS and ICS are on same OIC instance and user used is same. Under same Process Application, created a new process just to trigger this one, and it worked.

Please advise what could be the issue. All swim lanes has this user added under Roles.
