Accounting creation on Taxable Journal

Unable to generate accounting where tax rate accounts are derived by business unit not ledger

Hi

Am I right in thinking that it is not possible to successfully generate the accounting for tax journals if you have your tax accounts set up by business unit, instead of ledger?  The screenshot below seems to imply this is the case and it is the only way I could get it to work.

However, surely it is a common requirement that a rate can have different accounting depending on the BU/Legal Entity using it, particularly the BSV?

Is this simply not possible if you want to use tax journal?
