Valid Intersections work on Form in SmartView. Does not work in the UI

Hello Gurus,

We are in a custom EPBCS Hybrid Cube.

We have forms with two dimensions (PC and CC) in the page, and there is Valid Intersections defined so that specific CC go to specific PC (with CC as the Anchor, and Years as the necessary 3rd dimension).

Summary:

Below is an in depth explanation of the situations we are encountering...but in short SV works (although in one case it does crash excel half the time), but in the UI Valid intersections do not work in forms when both dimensions are in the Page. There is a slight work-around by using User Variables, but it limits the form to selecting the non-user variable dimension first.
