Error with SET commands when validate a business rule

Some validation error message is showing on my all business rules unexpectedly, weeks ago was working fine

Hi,

I'm getting this Warning message when validate all the business rules on the application:

A validation error was received from the Planning server.
'Error:Following SET commands are only allowed inside a FIX or FIXPARALLEL block: 'CREATEBLOCKONEQ' for this application. Please correct the script.
Following SET commands are only allowed inside a FIX or FIXPARALLEL block: 'CREATENONMISSINGBLK' for this application. Please correct the script.
Following SET commands: 'CACHE,LOCKBLOCK,MSG' are not allowed for this application. Please remove it from the script. Rule  xxxxxxxx'
