Looking to understand if and where Subcontract MFG is on the roadmap

I am looking to understand if and where Subcontract Manufacturing resides in the Cloud roadmap.  By Subcontract Manufacturing, I am referring to the the EBS Subcontract MFG functionality used mainly in the high tech industry with component and assembly manufacturers.  

I am posting this in the Procurement domain, as this true focus is really Procurement and not MFG.  If it would be better to post this in the MFG domain, let me know and I will do so.
