Is there a way to extend the Customer Hierarchy  or Product Hierarchy beyond seeded levels in Demand Planning Cloud?

eg=>  I want the customer Hierarchy as follows:

          Region -> Country -> Area -> Customer ->Customer BillTo site -> Customer ShipTo site
