Procurement cloud application provides two seeded job roles that can manage supplier records: Supplier Manager and Supplier Administrator.  However, sometimes these roles may not fully align with your business functions and you will need to make some adjustment.  Since these two roles are seeded job roles and cannot be modified, you will have to create custom job roles. In this example, you want to have a role that can manage supplier profiles but do not perform tasks like import or merge suppliers.

First you will review both Supplier Manager and Supplier Administrator roles and decide which role would be a closer fit.
