InterCompany purchasing and direct delivery from supplier

Hi Oracle experts,

I have a requirement to perform intercompany transaction as following:
- There are 2 BU: BU A in Vietnam and BU B in Laos
- BU A purchases from supplier and sell to BU B.
- Supplier delivers directly to BU B Inventory Org.

Instead of creating PO with supplier and TO for intercompany transaction, is there another way for the system to auto perform intercomany once the PO purchasing from supplier and delivery to another BU Org as above?
