Unable to Create Time Card for Employee on Temporary Assignment


When we use the action of Temporary Assignment, it puts the employees 1st assignment on 'Suspended" and the new Assignment is "Active"

However, when we go to create a Time Card for the employee using the Period of the "Temp Assignment" I receive an error

"Your time entry profile settings don't permit you to create a time card for the selected period.
Contact your Time and Labor Manager."

Is there a special setting that is required?
