Caching BO in offline mode

I have an issue about saving data from Business Object into Cache.

Hello, i'm developing a new VBCS Mobile Application and I need to save information from BO into cache, in order to use data while offline mode. I can't get the same result than explained in the following post https://blogs.oracle.com/shay/adding-offline-capabilities-to-an-oracle-visual-builder-app.

In the example I built we can see a simple BO, which includes an ID, a key, a description and three records. Then I set Data caching strategy on public (3600 seconds). You can see the image "BO - TiposDoc.PNG" attached about it.
