Is there a consolidated list of failed transaction issue descriptions, resolutions and suggested resolutions avaliable?

Hi All-

When we applied 20D we had a significant increase in the number of transactions 'failing' in the Transaction Console.  Is there a consolidated list that has the following information to help identify what to do with these issues instead of researching each one or opening up a SR with Oracle?

Issue Title:  BPEL_TASK_30082

Issue Description:  Error caused by SOA component or the underlying HWF configuration or a Supervisor hierarchy setup issue.

Resolution: Check the targeted SOA component and the HWF/rules setup and configuration and the Supervisor Hierarchy setup.
