Is there any way to change the status from Prospective to Spend Authoirzed when a Qualification in Completed (Avoid manual process)

We are going to create an Qualification initiative and associate to an internal Questionnaire.

We want to see if the system can trigger the "Spend Authorize" Approval process when the Qualification is completed.

We want to change the status of the supplier from Prospective to Spend Authorized when the qualification is completed.

The rule set will not work, because the questionnaire is trigger during the approval process.

We need the questionnaire, and then the approval process
