ERP Cloud DR(Disaster Recovery) specification

Hi, Experts,

Currently, we are discussing about DR operation of ERP Cloud with our clients.
As a preliminary investigation, we read up note:SaaS Engineering Information Center ( Doc ID 1541346.2 ) on MOS, but could not get clarified specification of DR.

And we would configure IP white list control and SSO with azure AD on ERP instance.

The questions we would like to clarify follows;

Q1) Will the site URL changed?
Q2) Is whitelist control reconfiguration required in DR environment?
Q3) SSO: Is SSO reconfiguration required on the ERP side?
Q4) SSO: Is SSO reconfiguration required on IdP side (AzureAD is planned )?
