How do I send a Notification to Project Manager when Project is Approved

I would like to send an email notice to the Project Manager when the project is changed to Approved status.  I see the ApprovedProjectFYI task in BPM but I'm not finding information on how to configure it.  Has anyone setup this type of notification?
