HDL Load fails with the error when trying to load work state on a worker record

Hi,

 

I am getting an error when trying to correct a work state for the worker. The error says, ****_ATTRIBUTE1 is not a valid attribute. What attribute/field can i use to load the work state of a worker. Appreciate your help..

Work date is capture in the ****_ATTRIBUTE1  field in the assignment field(per_all_assignments_m)
