Has anyone been able to load data to period BegBalance using EPBCS/PBCS Data Management?

Hi,

Has anyone had success loading data to period BegBalance using EPBCS Data Management?  I am not able to select it in the POV or type it in. It won't allow me to click 'Ok' using the BegBalance period (screenshots below).

 

Things I tried.....

-File loads successfully using import data using space delim as essbase load type.  So I know it's not the target application stopping the load.

-Sql mapping script to update PERIODKEY using TO_DATE.  Interestingly enough I get a green check mark, but nothing loads

-Changing the Jul-20 Periodkey set as target period BegBalance,  This one allows the POV selection, but outbox still writes Jul and not BegBalance. Repeated the process again after using EPM Automate to restart the POD and still didn't work.
