Same position code in multiple positions

I have several positions with the same position code

Hi I hope you can help me

by mistake, several positions was load througt HDL using position codes that already existed in the system.

I expected the system to throw an error, however those positions was created correctly, but now I have positions with same position code. 

Is this possible or maybe it is a system error?

Only when I use the same Bussiness unit an error appears if position code is repeated
