Can you provide more details about how to properly work with the shipping tolerance percentage at the order details?

How shall be setup the order to allow over shipment for a particular line? My expectation is that, with this feature, more inventory will be allocated than what is requested by the order.

Are there any restrictions to take into consideration for this functionality to work properly?
