Getting Supplier user contact failure message

Hi All,

We have observed an issue where in internal organization employees are receiving Supplier Contact user account request failed message even though they are not defined under supplier contact.

We need to know why this has happened and how many such notifications sent to internal employees as this is creating issues. 

I am attaching sample notification here.
