Expose a PCS Application as a REST API

I have created a PCS Application with Web Form as a Process Start shape. We want to expose this application as REST API

Hi Team,

I have created a PCS Application with Web Form as a Process Start shape. We want to expose this application as a REST API.

So that If the end-user clicks on this API link it should navigate him to the PCS Application Web Form.

Is there a way to achieve this?
